Some plugin command option help strings contained invalid-to-sphinx
bullet lists, causing building autoprogram-cliff from
python-openstackclient to break with errors like:
<ComposeNode>:1:Unexpected indentation.
This commit reformats the help strings to use the right newlines and
indents so they build properly.
