Sumit Naiksatam f269444ccc GBP ServiceChain CLI - Initial implementation
Implements GroupPolicy ServiceChain CLI. Provides CRUD commands for
ServiceChainNode, ServiceChainSpec and ServiceChainInstance APIs.
