Gonzalo Gallardo e78e8b757e Add info name, location and contact to snmpd.conf 
Add SNMP system information including name, location and contact details
in the fields sysContact, sysLocation and sysName of the snmpd.conf file.
Also can be setted the field sysDesc with system description.

k8sapp-snmp

This project contains StarlingX Kubernetes application specific python plugins for the snmp. These plugins are required to integrate the oidc authorization application into the StarlingX application framework and to support the various StarlingX deployments.
