SIROV-FEC Operator fix for dual accelerator configuration issue
This patch fixes the issue for dual accelerator configuration issue.
Tested:
- No regression on single accelerator configuration.
- Sanity tests are passed
- application upload/apply/remove/delete tests passed
- Single accelerator configuration apply,delete verified on AIO-SX.
- dual accelerator configuration apply, delete tested on AIO-SX
and AIO-DX.
- dual accelerator configuration change issue verified for 24hr.
