Guilherme Santos e258932a86 Fix debian_iso_image name 
Previous changes to Kubernetes Power Manager renamed
`stx-kubernetes-power-manager-helm` to `kubernetes-power-manager`.
The debian_iso_image.inc file was missed in the rename and yielded
an issue in the `build-image` command.

Test Plan:
Pass: The build-image command runs without errors.
