
The methods "test_sample" and "test_sample_root" for obtaining the path of the sample file have been added to the TestCase class of base.py, but the above methods are judged to be test methods and executed in the UT. This patch renames and moves the relevant methods from {tosca-parser_root}/toscaparser/tests/base.py to {tosca-parser_root}/toscaparser/tests/utiles.py.
