Elod Illes d80dfab9a7 [CI] Drop undefined zunclient-devstack-docker-sql 
zunclient-devstack-docker-sql job was dropped [1] some years ago, but
the job was not removed from check queue. Now this started to show zuul
config errors [2]. Let's get rid of it.
