root 9cd128f071 [SVF] Fixed add volumes to clone group issue

[Spectrum Virtualize Family] Addition of volumes to a group
fails if the group is cloned from a group-snapshot or another group
due to absence of rccg in back-end.
Fixed the issue by creating,updating the rccg in the back-end.

closes bug: #1920912
