Jay S. Bryant 2a5cc4feff Mark MacroSAN Driver Unsupported ...

The MacroSAN driver CI has not been reporting
for longer than a month.

As a result this patch marks the driver
unsupported.  It will be removed in the 'V'
release if there is no change in CI support.
