HGST Storage driver

The HGST driver enables Cinder volumes using the HGST Flash Storage Suite.

Set the following in your ``cinder.conf`` file, and use the following
options to configure it.

   volume_driver = cinder.volume.drivers.hgst.HGSTDriver
