Datera driver 2.2 update
This update adds the following changes to the Datera driver - Capabilites List - Extended Volume-Type Support - Naming convention change - Volume re-type support - Volume Manage/Unmanage support Many driver settings that were originally located in StrOpts have been moved to VolumeType ExtraSpecs. DocImpact Change-Id: I469fe29950984e05b70b9399883f2bd73ec856eb
