Debian has decided to be a bit too aggressive in their openssl defaults. Vendor in a copy of openssl.cnf with the changes in https://salsa.debian.org/debian/openssl/-/blob/debian/unstable/debian/patches/Set-systemwide-default-settings-for-libssl-users.patch reverted. DEFAULT@SECLEVEL=2 breaks API interactions with Rackspace, but it's not just them. https://www.openssl.org/docs/man1.1.1/man3/SSL_CTX_set_security_level.html indicates that 1 is defaut and setting higher is problematic. Puppet Modules
These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
See http://docs.openstack.org/infra/system-config for more information.
